United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
For clients with citizenship of certain countries the prices may be different from the information on this website and our advertisment. If you are holder of European, Russian, Ukrenian passports – please request the pricing from our employees directly.
Refund Policy
Our Service Charges are non-refundable. Any government charges transferred, if for some reason the government work is rejected, the amount will be refunded if not paid to Government otherwise only balance amount will be refunded.Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
 
Cancellation Policy
In case of any job cancellation due to government rejection, the job will be considered cancelled and the refund of government charges will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
 
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation. The settlement time for reflection in our accounts is at least 7 working days.
1-The services performed by Easyway Business Services are:
Facilitation of products and services subscribed to in the application forms and on Invoice/or any other product or service agreed to in writing. Facilitation of payments to any and all 3rd party service providers
 
 
 
2-Easyway Business Services LLC RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To communicate to the Customer any changes that have been imposed by 3rd party service providers with respect to the aforementioned costs, documentary requirements, restrictions or timelines as soon as they become aware of the same.
Easyway Business Services LLC will carry out the facilitation of services with reasonable care and skill and use all reasonable endeavors to ensure accurate and expeditious handling of all services and products subscribed to by the customer.
Easyway Business Services LLC shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss of profits, business, revenue, damage to brand or reputation or any indirect or consequential loss or damage in respect of any act, omission, neglect, delay, or default by any of Easyway Business Services LLC staff and/or agents and whether in contract or in tort. Easyway Business Services LLC does not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Easyway Business Services LLC shall accurately represent to the Customer information pertaining to costs, documentary requirements, restrictions and timelines related to the products and services subscribed for at the time of the Customer signing this agreement.
Services agent / Local Sponsor Transfer
In order to transfer sponsor every company must provide written notice prior 30 days of license expiry. In case of failure the client has to pay AED5000/- this amount applies incase requesting sponsor change after license expiry.
Easyway Business Services LLC agree
Easyway Business Services LLC carry no liability for any changes that are imposed by 3rd party providers and /or Government authorities to the aforementioned costs, documentary requirements, restrictions or timelines after the signing of this agreement.
Easyway Business Services LLC agrees to present these Terms & Conditions to the Customer for signing at the time the Customer agrees to subscribe for any product or service facilitated via Easyway Business Services LLC.
3-CUSTOMERS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The customer agrees not to carry out on any business, which could be construed as illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene under UAE Law.
The customer will utilise the products and services facilitated by Easyway Business Services LLC for the express use of the company registered via Easyway Business Services LLC. The customer will not sell, assign or delegate any such product or service without informing Easyway Business Services LLC and seeking permissions from Easyway Business Services LLC along with the relevant 3rd party service providers and / or Government Authorities.
Customer shall be entitled to receive the products and services subscribed to by way of completed forms or otherwise agreed in writing and submitted to Easyway Business Services LLC and be held to these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is entitled to be provided with current and accurate information by Easyway Business Services LLC pertaining to the products and services subscribed to at the time of signing these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is also entitled to receive notification from Easyway Business Services LLC should any changes occur pertinent to the products and services subscribed for. The Customer indemnifies Easyway Business Services LLC from any loss or damage suffered material or otherwise as a result of changes that occur, pertaining to products or services subscribed for by the customer, after the signing of these Terms and Conditions.
The customers obligations are to pay the stipulated fee and the costs of all other services provided on the due dates and to perform all of the obligations on the part of the customer contained in this agreement.
The customer will fully indemnify Easyway Business Services LLC against any expenses, cost, claims, damages, or penalties incurred by Easyway Business Services LLC in connection with this agreementhowsoever occasioned.
Easyway Business Services LLC shall not be held responsible for, or act as, or be held out by the customer as being sponsor, agent, representative, or partner.
The customer shall hold Easyway Business Services LLC blameless from and against claims resulting from any changes or disruptions to the customers email address and/or domain name.
The customer is bound by the terms of conditions of each individual 3rd party service provider i.e. the business center and the Free Zone and any other organization or authority; the customer indemnifies Easyway Business Services LLC from any issue that arises from a service or product provided by the 3rd party service provider
 
4-TERMS OF PAYMENT:
 
All payments (except otherwise indicated) are payable to:

Payments are to be made in advance for all services, except where post dated cheques or another form of guarantee to the entirety of the services is received and approved.
The Fee structure and costs are as indicated and agreed at time of signing these terms and conditions or as is prevalent at the time of subscribing for a product or service after the signing of these terms and conditions
The customer is required to provide payment via cash, bank transfer, post-dated cheques upon application, amounting to the agreed Support Services terms for the longevity of the trade license or as otherwise agreed.
All bank transfer fees are to be borne by the payer.
Applications are submitted for processing and indicated timelines commence upon realisation of payment.
Any ancillary services will be quoted and charged in advance and accepted through written consent or otherwise agreed.
For customers who have subscribed to Easyway Business Services LLC Premier Package or as otherwise agreed, Easyway Business Services LLC will bear a one off cost of printing 250 business cards, via Easyway Business Services LLC chosen 3rd party service provider, one name, single sided, standard print, 2 colours. The cost for any requirements by the customer outside these parameters will be borne by the customer. Business cards must be related to the company registered via Easyway Business Services LLC , and carry the details subscribed for via Easyway Business Services LLC . Should you not take up this option within 2 months of signing these terms and conditions, the offer will be withdrawn. Any discrepancies in quality, colour, design, delivery time or any other specification or claim are to be dealt with directly with the 3rd party supplier and Easyway Business Services LLC is not accountable or liable for any whatsoever claim.
Business Centre Services, Phone Numbers, Fax Number, Meeting Room, Internet Cafe, Address and Courier Mail Management Services will be provided by and governed by the selected operator. Please note charges apply for transferring calls, furthermore the fax number is a communal fax number not a dedicated one. With regard to meeting rooms, bookings need to be made a minimum of 3 working days in advance and a booking is limited to units of 2 hours. Internet Cafe usage is on a first come first serve basis, Easyway Business Services LLC will make payment to the selected Business Centre and for the selected service on behalf of the Client, however the client will be required to sign the terms and conditions of the selected operator and will be bound and governed by those terms and conditions. Easyway Business Services LLC is not liable or responsible for any part of theagreement entered into between the Client and the selected Business Centre or the services in which they offer. Any sundry services i.e. call transfer charges, photocopying, printing, additional meeting room hours and internet cafe days will be billed directly by the business centre to the client and must be settled immediately to avoid all business centre services being suspended.
Should you wish to use the honesty bar at the business centre you will need to lodge a credit card with them as security, and settle your bill daily. Please note i.e. tea and coffee everything else is chargeable.
With regard to meeting rooms hours and days at the internet cafe, no partial bookings are accepted, i.e. a half hour meeting room booking will be viewed as 1 hour, and similarly if you use the internet cafe for 2 hours it will be viewed as 1 day. Furthermore if for example 2 of you are using the internet cafe on the same day and occupying 2 desks, that will count as 2 days usage. Furthermore desk space cannot be shared, you can only have 1 person occupying 1 desk. If you would like additional meeting room hours and/or internet cafe days you may approach the Business Centre and pay them the applicable rates directly. Also please note that desk usage at the internet cafe is on a first come first serve basis, and meeting rooms need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Unused meeting room hours or internet cafe days cannot be rolled over to the following month.
Any regular mail received will be kept for 60 calendar days and will be discarded thereafter if not collected. Any parcels received will carry a handling fee of 100 AED per item in addition to any applicable customs fees; parcels will be discarded after 21 calendar days if not collected.
The PO Box details that appear on your Free Zone trade license can NOT be used to receive any mail or packages for yourself or your company; any mail or packages sent to these PO Boxes will be destroyed.
Should payment for the renewal of the Easyway Business Services LLC package (Support Services and Company Registration) not be made by the expiry date of the company Trade License, all services will be discontinued including any telephone number and/or domain name you have subscribed for. Any reconnection of the telephone number and/or domain name once it has been disconnected which will become subject to a charge of 350 AED. Furthermore you will be charged a penalty of 100 AED after the date of expiry until you either renew the Easyway Business Services LLC package or complete the closing/cancellation procedure, you will also be liable to pay any applicable government fees for the same.
Some services will be provided by and governed by a 3rd party operator. Easyway Business Services LLC will make payment to the selected 3rd party operator for the selected service on behalf of the Client, however the client will be required to sign the terms and conditions of the selected 3rd party operator and will be bound and governed by those terms and conditions. Easyway Business Services LLC carry no liability for any part of the agreement entered into between the Client and the selected 3rd party operator.
Any payments received by Easyway Business Services LLC towards any product or service are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. This condition is valid even if the payment received isn’t for the full amount of the service or product subscribed for and/or the customer has yet to provide Easyway Business Services LLC with all the correct documentary requirements for said product or service and/or their application is rejected by the licensing/government authority for any reason
 

Incorporation of Standard Terms and Conditions

1.Application of Terms
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all services provided by [EASYWAY BUSINESS SERVICES L.L.C ] (“Service Provider”) are subject to the Service Provider’s standard Terms and Conditions, as published on the company website at https://easywaybusiness.ae/terms-conditions/ . These Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.
2.Notification and Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, or by proceeding to engage or continue with the services of the Service Provider, the Client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the applicable Terms and Conditions as published on the website.
3.Updates and Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to update, amend, or modify its Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. The most current version, as published on the company website at the time of service provision, shall apply to all ongoing and future engagements.
4.Priority of Terms
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the published Terms and Conditions, the specific provisions of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions For Fees & Charges

The Company may, upon request by the client, provide administrative documents or official company confirmations such as, but not limited to: No Objection Certificates (NOCs), reference letters, attestation letters, shareholding certificates, custom certifications, company profile confirmations, and any other documentation not expressly included in the initial package or agreement.

Issuance and processing of the above administrative documents and any other documents outside the main service scope are not included in the standard service fee unless expressly stated. EASYWAY BUSINESS SERVICES L.L.C reserves the right to apply additional administrative charges for the preparation, processing, verification, and issuance of any such document or service.

All additional fees for administrative documents and services will be disclosed to the client in advance, and no such document or service will be issued until the applicable fee is paid in full. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the nature, urgency, and complexity of the document or service requested. The Company will provide a fee schedule upon request, but reserves the right to update and amend such fees periodically and without prior notice.

Any service, documentation, or confirmation not specifically included in a signed service agreement, invoice, or official proposal shall be deemed an additional service, and the Company reserves the right to charge for such services as per its then-current internal fee schedule.

EASYWAY BUSINESS SERVICES L.L.C reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Fees & Charges section and all other terms and policies from time to time without prior notice. The current version as published on this website at the time of the client’s request or engagement shall apply.

 
Easy Payment Plan (EPP)
 
Enjoy the freedom to convert your transactions into easy and affordable monthly installments. Spend AED 500 or more on your credit card against prodcuts & Services offered by Easyway Business Services and repay in easy installments over a tenure of your choice ranging from 3 to 12 months. Convert your transactions into easy installment plans. Retain your invoice and call the respective bank’s Phone Banking service within 5 days of your purchase. At your request, the purchase transaction will be converted into an installment plan, subject to interest charges as per the bank’s policy, and your monthly instalments will be reflected in your monthly credit card statement. With this Instalment Plan, you can now convert large purchases into affordable payment plans. Spend AED 500 or more on your credit card for any services issued by Easyway Business Services. Simply call the phone banking services of any participating bank and ask to convert your purchase into an Easy Payment Plan. Enjoy the convenience of paying over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Spend AED 500 or more on your credit card for any services issued by Easyway  Business Services. Simply call the phone banking services of any participating bank and ask to convert your purchase in to an Easy Payment Plan. Enjoy the convenience of paying over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Early settlement charges may apply. EPP processing & Interest will apply. General terms & conditions will apply. Bank Account Opening Terms and Conditions:- Financial institutions in the United Arab Emirates are subject to regulation by the Central Bank of the UAE and are further governed by their own internal compliance policies. It is important to note that Easyway  Business Services is not responsible for the process of opening a bank account. The procedures for opening a bank account are exclusively managed by each individual bank that is partnered with Easyway Business Services. For a comprehensive list of the documents required to open a corporate bank account, please refer to this link: (url). It should be understood that additional documents, if needed, may be requested by banks on a case-by-case basis, and Easyway  Business Services cannot guarantee the specific requirements of each bank. Easyway Business Services does not provide any assurances that these financial institutions can fully address all your service requirements or cater to all your specific needs. t’s important to acknowledge that the internal policies of financial institutions are beyond the control of Easyway Business Services, and any services offered by these institutions are not the responsibility of Easyway Business Services. Please be aware that neither our representatives nor our agents have the authority to facilitate or provide a Power of Attorney (POA) for any banking transactions.
 
5-NON PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
In the event that the post dated cheques or security deposit for any products or services subscribed to are not cleared within 30 days of their due date, legal action will be sought to recover the funds upto and including the cancellation of the company trade license and any company visas and imposing any necessary bans through the free zone and/or other licensing authority and/or UAE immigration against the customer. Furthermore Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to take over and subsequently close the customers company incorporated via Easyway Business Services LLC should it deem it necessary and cancel any visas associated with said company without notice in the sole case of any outstanding payment being delinquent for over 30 days, where the customer will remain liable for the outstanding charges to Easyway Business Services LLC and all applicable fees associated with the cancellation of said trade license and visas (pricing available on https://easywaybusiness.ae/ Website )
Late payments will be subject to a penalty of 10% per month or part thereof.
Cheques returned or Bounced result in a charge of AED600.
Any yearly renewable product or service will auto renew for a further 12 month period unless written notice is received 2 months before the renewal date.
In the event of cancellation of Easyway Business Services LLC support services, you will need to provide 2 months notice, during the notice period you will be charged as per your subscribed rate, after which you will be charged at a pro rata rate of 1,025 AED per month pertaining to the remainder of your contract.
In the event of cancellation of the trade license, you will be required to pay the prevailing Easyway Business Services LLC /government charges for closing down the company or cancelling the visas.
Ownership of any property left in Easyway Business Services LLC facilities being transferred to Easyway Business Services LLC , for disposal, sale, or any other action deemed necessary to recover any outstanding balance from the customer. Easyway Business Services LLC will have no obligation whatsoever to disclose information concerning action taken if any, and may still take necessary legal measures to obtain payment for services provided from the customer.
With regard to the company setup via Easyway Business Services LLC , the client is obliged to maintain Easyway Business Services LLC as their agent for the lifetime the company remains in existence, and are not permitted to transact their company license renewal or any other process pertaining to their company individually or via another agent or via the Free Zone at any time unless otherwise agreed by Easyway Business Services LLC.
Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to take legal action both in the UAE and globally to recover all and any funds it is owed, and to assign the collection of any such debts to a 3rd party collection agent in any jurisdiction domestically or globally.
6-GENERAL:
Any notice given by either party shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficiently served: Notice to Easyway Business Services LLC or the customer may be served at the office premises, or such other address that has been provided by Easyway Business Services LLC or customer for the receipt of notices.
Any notice sent by post should be deemed received by the addressee in the normal course of posting.
This agreement is personal to the customer and is not capable of re-assignment. Also it represents the entireagreement between the parties and neither party has relied on any representation or other term not set out in this agreement.
Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action and inform any and all concerned parties if the customer and/or its company is found to violate the conditions outlined and imposed by the licensing authority and/or found to be engaging in an activity contrary to UAE Law.
Any updates, changes or modifications to the information contained in our proposals will be available on our website and on the most current proposal. The onus is on the client to refer to our website and/or contact Easyway Business Services LLC to request a copy of our most current proposal, Easyway Business Services LLC will not be responsible for circulating said information to the client.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Easyway Business Services LLC head office (Easyway Business Services LLC, Dubai UAE). This agreement creates no rights in any third parties to enforce its terms.
Easyway Business Services LLC bears no responsibility for any changes to indicated timelines, restrictions, costs, procedures that are outside its control including those made by the relevant government authorities. Furthermore Easyway Business Services LLC carry no obligation to notify the customer of any such changes. It is the customers responsibility to contact Easyway Business Services LLC to be updated on any changes or to refer to Easyway Business Services LLC website where changes will be posted by Easyway Business Services LLC periodically.
Easyway Business Services LLC bears no responsibility for any disruption caused if a 3rd party service provider suspends or withdraw any of their services.
Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to seek alternate 3rd party Service Providers at any given time, and to provide reasonable notice of the same.
Any documents delivered to Easyway Business Services LLC and/or or received by the government authority after 1 pm will not be dispatched till the following day in either direction. The cut off time for documents to be submitted/received, and payments to be received/realized is 1pm, anything received after this time will be considered towards the following working day.
The documentation, when applying to register a new Free Zone company (i.e. application forms and passport copies), need to be submitted directly to our head office located  in Dubai National Insurance Building Office No 603, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai , United Arab Emirates , either in person or online or via courier; dependent on the requirements of each individual Free Zone authority and company setup option.
All document clearing and document processing tasks pertaining to your applications (Trade License, visas etc) are carried out by our office in Dubai.
Payments for all applications should be made to our office in Dubai or via bank transfer, or bank deposit (cheque or cash).
Free Zone companies are only permitted to carry out their business activities with companies within their own Free Zone or with companies within other Free Zones in the UAE, or with companies outside the UAE. Should the company wish to conduct business with Government entitles or local companies within the UAE they should either establish a local branch office or transact through a local agent.Furthermore Products Imported can be sold to UAE companies but only if required Custom duty is paid at the port.
Easyway Business Services LLC may sub-contract or appoint an agent in respect of any element of the services, and/or the collection of the services fees.
Any product or service entered into with Easyway Business Services LLC is non transferrable, unless agreed in writing.
The client accepts and understands any and all limitations and parameters associated with the Trade License (Free Zone or other) that has been subscribed for.
These terms are governed by the laws of the domicile of Easyway Business Services LLC head office (Located in Dubai National Insurance Building Office No 603, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai , United Arab Emirates). In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to and adjudicated by the Dubai Courts, UAE.
7-Legal Terms and Conditions for MainLand / LLC Licenses

Any discrepancies in quality, colour, design, delivery time or any other specification or claim are to be dealt with directly with the 3rd party supplier and Easyway Business Services LLC is not accountable or liable for any whatsoever claim.
Under the Premier Package, Courier Mail Management Services will be provided by and governed by the selected operator. Easyway Business Services LLC will make payment to the selected Business Centre and for the selected service on behalf of the Client, however the client will be required to sign the terms and conditions of the selected operator and will be bound and governed by those terms and conditions. Easyway Business Services LLC is not liable or responsible for any part of the agreement entered into between the Client and the selected Business Centre or the services in which they offer. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their P.O. box is registered and renewed with Emirates post. Neither Easyway Business Services LLC nor the selected operator take any responsibility if the client fails to do so.
Some services will be provided by and governed by a 3rd party operator. Easyway Business Services LLC will make payment to the selected 3rd party operator for the selected service on behalf of the Client, however the client will be required to sign the terms and conditions of the selected 3rd party operator and will be bound and governed by those terms and conditions. Easyway Business Services LLC carry no liability for any part of the agreement entered into between the Client and the selected 3rd party operator.
NON PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that the post dated cheques or security deposit for any products or services subscribed to are not cleared within 30 days of their due date, legal action will be sought to recover the funds up to and including the cancellation of the company trade license and any company visas and imposing any necessary bans through the Department of Economic Development and UAE immigration against the customer.
Late payments will be subject to a penalty of 10% per month or part thereof.
Cheques returned result in a charge of AED 700.
Any yearly renewable product or service will auto renew for a further 12 month period unless written notice is received 2 months before the renewal date.
Sponsor fees are non-refundable. Local sponsors and agents appointed from Easyway Business Services LLC are paid at the point of signing the application form and payment is due yearly during the trade license renewal.
GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
All Mainland/DED registered companies must pay salaries through the Wages Protection Service (WPS). Failure to do so may lead to a block on the companys (and all companies under our sponsorship) Immigration and Labour files. A fine of AED 7,500 to remove the block will be charged.
Proof of WPS transaction needs to be sent to Easyway Business Services LLC by the end of each month after a salary transaction, failure to provide this notification may lead to termination of services.
If you do not renew your license before expiry, Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to close the establishment.
Failure to abide by rules set by the Dubai, Ajman or Sharjah Economic Department and the United Arab Emirates will be considered valid grounds for termination of services.
GENERAL:
Any notice given by either party shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficiently served: Notice to Easyway Business Services LLC or the customer may be served at the office premises, or such other address that has been provided by Easyway Business Services LLC or customer for the receipt of notices.
Any notice sent by post should be deemed received by the addressee in the normal course of posting.
This agreement is personal to the customer and is not capable of re-assignment. Also it represents the entire agreement between the parties and neither party has relied on any representation or other term not set out in this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE Courts. This agreement creates no rights in any third parties to enforce its terms.
Easyway Business Services LLC bears no responsibility for any changes to indicated timelines, restrictions, costs, procedures that are outside its control including those made by the relevant government authorities.
Easyway Business Services LLC bears no responsibility for any disruption caused if a 3rd party service provider suspends or withdraw any of their services.
Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to seek alternate 3rd party Service Providers at any given time, and to provide reasonable notice of the same.
Any documents delivered to Easyway Business Services LLC and/or or received by the government authority after 12 pm will not be dispatched till the following day in either direction. The cut off time for documents to be submitted/received, and payments to be received/realized is 1pm, anything received after this time will be considered towards the following working day.
Easyway Business Services LLC may sub-contract or appoint an agent in respect of any element of the services, and/or the collection of the services fees.
Any product or service entered into with Easyway Business Services LLC is non transferrable, unless agreed in writing.
The client accepts and understands any and all limitations and parameters associated with the Department of Economic Development Trade License that has been subscribed for.

These may include, but are not limited to, domain registration, website hosting, logo design, corporate email setup, and basic accounting software access.

2. Nature and Scope

All Complimentary Services are provided free of charge and are offered solely as an additional convenience to enhance the client experience. Such services do not form a part of the core business license package price or any paid deliverables agreed between Easyway Business Services LLC and the client.

3. Third-Party Providers

Complimentary Services may be delivered directly by Easyway Business Services LLC or through authorized third-party service providers. By availing such services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The performance, quality, and continuity of these services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

• Easyway Business Services LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any interruption, inaccuracy, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of third-party Complimentary Services.

• The client authorizes Easyway Business Services LLC to share limited personal and company information with such providers solely for the purpose of facilitating the Complimentary Services.

4. Service Duration and Modification

Complimentary Services are time-bound and may be offered for a limited duration as determined by Easyway Business Services LLC or the relevant partner. Easyway Business Services LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or withdraw any Complimentary Service at any time, without prior notice or liability.

5. No Warranty or Guarantee

• Ensuring timely renewal or continuation of such services if they wish to retain them beyond the complimentary period.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting or using any Complimentary Service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this clause and the applicable third-party terms and conditions governing such services.
